When we are going to unlock any mobile phone which is of course a smartphone then first of all we have to shut down our mobile phone and then we press the volume up key and as well as the power off button we press both volume of key and the power off button at the same time and then the mobile phone will get up and it will be power on when the logo of the smartphone appears then we can press the power off button.
Now it will goes on recovery mode and here we will see a few options we will choose the factory reset option and we press the power off button so it will be e restore and then we restart the phone.
Now Phone will takes several minutes to restart then a screen shows to choose language So choose English United States. Next Perform following Steps
1. Choose network and connect with Wi-Fi or Sim Data . You must have internet either from Wi-Fi or sim card.
2. Proceed next and go to google account but you don't know email id and password.
3. Go back and go to choose networks and create networks and type in name field then select all text and when you select it then you will see other options here to open with google chrome. go to that. then you will go to google and type in search google chrome .
4. Now you will open chrome and download following to apps. from google type google account manager. And download sdk and save it in your phone.
5.After download you will install it and open it also before this download the other app.
6. Download Quick short cut maker and install it. Now open this App
7. Search google account manager and here you will see many google account and select the email include account .
8. Here you can provide emails that you know the id and password and after this your account bypass it.
9. Now come to back and go to google account here give the last one that you have provided . It will Bypass the old one and it will open using your google account . Now your smartphone is unlocked.
